We do not collect, store, or process any personal data. The App has no accounts, logins, analytics, advertising, or tracking. Any information related to your download or use that may be processed by Apple is handled solely under Apple's terms and policies.

Kiras Timer does not request or collect:

The current version of the App is free and does not include subscriptions, in-app purchases, advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics.

Kiras Timer does not receive personal data from Apple that allows us to identify you. We do not track you across apps or websites and do not display App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompts.

The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or social login SDKs. The only external links provided by the App are to our own websites:

This site is owned and operated by Bover MB. It may have its own cookies or logs consistent with standard web hosting; it does not link back to any personal information from the App because the App does not collect such data.

We do not knowingly collect information from children. Because the App does not collect personal data, there is no storage or sharing of children's information.

6. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Under laws such as the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, individuals have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of their personal data. Since Kiras Timer does not collect personal data, these rights are not triggered in practice for the App. For any platform-level data handled by Apple, please contact Apple directly.

The App is designed to work fully offline and does not transmit personal data to our servers. Our websites use standard security practices and HTTPS. As we do not hold personal data from the App, there is no user database to secure for App usage.

Bover MB operates from the European Union. The App is available worldwide. Because we do not collect personal data via the App, there are no international transfers of App user data by us.
